This course builds on previously introduced elements by deepening the grammatical scope. The student is already familiar with the basic sentence structure in statements and questions, numbers and how to tell time. They know the noun conjugations and phrases for how to order/buy things. This will now be built on by introducing the past tense, various other pronouns and how to include adjectives. This semester students will learn phrases for how to make plans, and the difference for how to express habit. We will talk about likes/ dislikes, hobbies and our extended families. Cultural components will be highlighted during the course, and students will read one easy read book during the semester. Prerequisite: Swedish Beginner 1 or equivalent.
